You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Complete our "Contact Us" form to send us a message.
  • Voluntarily provide feedback to us using our "Testimonials" form.
  • Send details to us via social media, email, phone, or in person when booking a course or otherwise using our services.
  • Complete paper forms before commencing a course.
  • Provide us with a form of ID to verify your details.

Our Company collects your data so that we can:
  • Deliver your course.
  • Respond to your enquiries when you contact us using our online forms, by phone, and/or by email.

  • Qualifications Network (We will share your information with our awarding body when you complete a course to award you with your qualification).

How do we store your data?

We securely store your data at 23 Moorfoot Ave, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 1JJ in a lock box. And at Kemp House, 152 - 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX on secure servers.

Your name and employers' name will be kept on secure servers that are owned and operated by Krystal Hosting Ltd, and rented by DS Online Services (webmaster). You can find more information about server security here.

We will keep your personal information for at least 3 years, but usually 5 years, or until you request that it is deleted. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing your contact details or database entries from any electronic storage and backups, and by destroying paper forms.

Marketing

We will use your email address to deliver content in the form of a newsletter when you opt in to such a service. You are able to opt out of marketing communications by getting in touch.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
